Tropical Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 100g natural muesli
- 60g wheat flakes
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 3 x 200g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Apricot Yoghurt or Liddells Lactose Free Wild Berry Yoghurt
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
- pulp of 2 passionfruit
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
Method
- Combine muesli, flakes, apple and half the yoghurt in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Divide muesli into four serving bowls, top evenly with remaining yoghurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds.
Additional Information
Serve with a splash of Liddells Lactose Free Long Life Milk if desired. This Bircher Muesli is also delicious served with fresh mixed berries.
