Method

  1. Combine muesli, flakes, apple and half the yoghurt in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Divide muesli into four serving bowls, top evenly with remaining yoghurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds.

Additional Information

Serve with a splash of Liddells Lactose Free Long Life Milk if desired. This Bircher Muesli is also delicious served with fresh mixed berries.
