Crunchy Chocolate Thickshake
Makes 1
Ingredients
- 1 x 250mL carton Liddells Lactose Free Chocolate Flavoured Long Life Milk, chilled
- 2 scoops Lactose Free Ice cream
- chocolate topping, to taste
- 1 chocolate biscuit*, crushed
Method
- Place chocolate milk and ice cream in a blender with 2 cubes of ice, blend for 1 minute until thick and smooth.
- Swirl a little chocolate topping around a chilled glass, fill with chocolate thickshake and sprinkle with crushed biscuit.
Additional Information
Ice cream can be omitted from this recipe, if desired Liddells Lactose Free Wild Berry Yoghurt can be substituted to create a choc berry thickshake.
*Some chocolate biscuits contain lactose.
