Yoghurt Crumble Cups
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup natural muesli
- 1 cup drained canned fruit in natural juice (try plums, fruit salad, pears or apricots), quartered
- 1 x 200g tub Liddells Lactose Free Wild Berry Yoghurt
- cinnamon, for sprinkling
Method
- Layer the muesli, fruit and yoghurt in a serving cup.
- Dust with cinnamon and serve chilled.
Additional Information
Make this snack in disposable containers for a quick snack on the run.
Use your favourite breakfast cereal in place of muesli if you prefer.
