Apricot Strawberry Twister
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients
- 2 x 200g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Apricot Yoghurt
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup Liddells Lactose Free Skim Long Life Milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method
- Freeze 1 tub yoghurt for 1 hour, remove stir vigorously with a fork until smooth then return to freezer until firm.
- Blend strawberries and water in a blender until smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of puree for decoration. Add the milk, non-frozen tub of yoghurt and honey to the blender and process until smooth.
- Place scoops of the frozen yoghurt into two tall chilled serving glasses, pour in the smoothie. Garnish with a swirl of reserved strawberry puree and serve immediately.
Additional Information
Remove yoghurt from freezer 5-10 minutes before scooping, to allow it to soften slightly.
