Method

  1. Freeze 1 tub yoghurt for 1 hour, remove stir vigorously with a fork until smooth then return to freezer until firm.
  2. Blend strawberries and water in a blender until smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of puree for decoration. Add the milk, non-frozen tub of yoghurt and honey to the blender and process until smooth.
  3. Place scoops of the frozen yoghurt into two tall chilled serving glasses, pour in the smoothie. Garnish with a swirl of reserved strawberry puree and serve immediately.

Additional Information

Remove yoghurt from freezer 5-10 minutes before scooping, to allow it to soften slightly.
