Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

Creamy Sweet Chilli and Coriander Sauce

  • 2 cups Skinny White Sauce
  • 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
  • salt, to taste

Three Herb and Caper Sauce

  • 2 cups Skinny White Sauce
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped fresh herbs (basil, chives, parsley)
  • 1 tablespoon tiny capers (or regular capers, chopped)
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Seeded Mustard and Garlic Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups Skinny White Sauce
  • 2 tablepoons seeded mustard
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Combine milk and cornflour mixture in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until slightly thickened.
  2. Stir in flavouring of choice and serve over vegetables, fish, chicken or with bbq meats.

Creamy Sweet Chilli and Coriander Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Serve warm over steamed asian vegetables, chicken kebabs, prawns or fish.

Three Herb and Caper Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Serve over char-grilled salmon, chicken or prawns. This sauce is a great low-fat alternative to mayonnaise or tartare sauce.

Seeded Mustard and Garlic Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a heavy based saucepan, add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  3. Serve warm over steak, roast chicken, burgers or char-grilled pork fillets.
