Mango and Apricot Lassi
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients
- 1x 200g tub Liddells Lactose Free Apricot Yoghurt, chilled
- 1 cup Liddells Lactose Free Low Fat Long Life Milk, chilled
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Additional Information
Try subsituting mango with banana for something new!
