Method

  1. Bring cream and marshmallows to a gentle simmer over low heat, stir until marshmallows are melted.
  2. Roughly crush strawberries with a potato masher or fork, stir in yoghurt and melted marshmallows until well combined. Pour into a serving dish and chill overnight.
  3. Serve dip with fresh fruit and sponge cake pieces.
