Marshmallow Wildberry Yoghurt Dip
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 100g marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Liddells Lactose Free Thickened Lite Long Life Cream
- 125g strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 1x 200g tub Liddells Lactose Free Wild Berry Yoghurt
- fresh fruit, cut into small portions, for serving
- cubed sponge cake, for serving
Method
- Bring cream and marshmallows to a gentle simmer over low heat, stir until marshmallows are melted.
- Roughly crush strawberries with a potato masher or fork, stir in yoghurt and melted marshmallows until well combined. Pour into a serving dish and chill overnight.
- Serve dip with fresh fruit and sponge cake pieces.
