Alice Bleathman's Overnight Oats


½ cup rolled oats
½ cup Liddells Prebiotic Milk
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup frozen mango
2 tsp shredded coconut
1 tsp honey


Step 1

Place all ingredients in a jar or container

Place in fridge overnight or for 3+ hours

Enjoy as is or top with your favourite fruits and nuts or seeds
