Jess Dempsey's Cinnamon Scrolls

Ingredients

SCROLLS
1 Cup of Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yogurt
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
50g Melted Liddells Lactose Free Spreadable Butter Blend
3 Tbs of Sugar
1 Tbs Cinnamon
Handful of Sultanas
ICING
100g Liddells Lactose Free Cream Cheese
50g Liddells butter blend
3 Drops Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Icing Sugar

Directions

Step 1

Combine yoghurt and flour - Kneed and let it rest.

Roll out the dough and flatten

Lather with butter, cinnamon and sugar.

Sprinkle with sultanas.
