2 Cups Self Raising Flour |
50g Melted Liddells Lactose Free Spreadable Butter Blend |
3 Tbs of Sugar |
1 Tbs Cinnamon |
Handful of Sultanas |
ICING |
100g Liddells Lactose Free Cream Cheese |
50g Liddells Lactose Free Spreadable Butter Blend |
3 Drops Vanilla Essence |
1 Cup Icing Sugar |
Directions
Step 1
Combine yoghurt and flour - Kneed and let it rest.
Roll out the dough and flatten
Lather with butter, cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle with sultanas.
