Ingredients
1 Celery Stalk |
Small Bunch of Chives Finely Chopped |
½ Handful of Parsley |
½ Handful of Red Capsicum |
2 Cherry Tomatoes Sliced |
1 ½ Tsp Dijon Mustard |
3 Tbs of Mayonnaise |
285gm (3x 95gm Cans) of Tuna |
1 Tsp Capers |
Squeeze of Lemon |
Salt and pepper |
2 Slices of Thick Bread |
Liddells Lactose Free Shredded Pizza Blend |
Liddells Lactose Free Spreadable Butter Blend |
Directions
Step 1
Combine celery, chives, parsley, capsicum, mustard, mayo, tuna, capers and lemon in a mixer.
Place tuna mixture on to the side of the bread and layer with tomato and Liddells Lactose Free Shredded Pizza cheese.
