|1lt of Liddells Lactose Free Prebiotic Chilled Milk|
|½ Cup of Arborio rice|
|1 Tsp of Cornflour|
|2 Tbsp of Sugar|
|½ Tsp of Vanilla extract or essence|
|1 Tsp of Rose water (optional)|
|Cinnamon to serve (optional)|
Using a saucepan, pour in your Liddells Lactose Free Prebiotic milk, add in the rice and put on a medium heat.
You’ll have to stir constantly and make sure the milk doesn’t bubble. If it does, turn the heat down.
Stir for approximately 30 mins, until the rice is cooked (taste it to see).
Add your sugar, vanilla extract/essence and rose water and mix through until the sugar dissolves.
Make a paste with the cornflour and 1 tbsp of milk mix it through to help thicken it up.
Once it’s the consistency you like, serve it up and add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. You can eat warm or refrigerated.
