Ingredients
1lt of Liddells Lactose Free Prebiotic Chilled Milk |
½ Cup of Arborio rice |
1 Tsp of Cornflour |
2 Tbsp of Sugar |
½ Tsp of Vanilla extract or essence |
1 Tsp of Rose water (optional) |
Cinnamon to serve (optional) |
Directions
Step 1
Using a saucepan, pour in your Liddells Lactose Free Prebiotic milk, add in the rice and put on a medium heat.
You’ll have to stir constantly and make sure the milk doesn’t bubble. If it does, turn the heat down.
