  • 1/2 cup rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Liddells Lactose Free 99% Fat Free Low Fat Milk
  • 2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Strawberry Yoghurt
  • Handful fresh raspberries to garnish
