Ingredients
6 eggs |
¼ cup Liddells Lactose Free Full Cream Milk |
1 leek, chopped |
2 rashers bacon, chopped |
½ cup Liddells lactose free shredded cheese |
6 cherry tomatoes, diced |
A good handful of baby spinach, chopped |
2 asparagus stalks, chopped |
¼ cup cooked sweet potato, boiled or roasted, diced. |

Directions
Step 1
Grease frittata (we like to use a shallow dish) well. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Whisk eggs & milk in a large mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently to combine.
