1 cup Liddells Lactose Free Full Cream Milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 ¼ cups flour
1 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup canola oil
2 tablespoons red food colouring
2 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
Frosting:
340 g Liddells Lactose Free Cream Cheese
½ cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
