Vanilla Custard Cups

Ingredients

500ml Liddells Lactose Free Full Cream Milk
¼-½ cup sugar - we use ¼ cup, if you like your custard super sweet add ½ cup
1 tsp vanilla paste or 1 vanilla pod
2 eggs
30g cornflour 
1 tsp lemon rind - optional

Directions

Step 1

Add vanilla and milk to a pan on medium heat and bring just to the boil. If using lemon rind add in now.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
