Creamy Coriander and Lime Yoghurt Dressing


2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
juice and zest of 1 lime
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to season
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Step 1

Combine yoghurt, coriander, lime, salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
