Ingredients
8 tubs of Liddells Lactose Free Yoghurt |
500g fresh fruit of choice (we use 125g each of mango, strawberry, blueberry and passionfruit to create four different flavours) |
Directions
Place the flesh of your fruit into a food processor or blender and blitz into a smooth mixture. Pour mixture into a measuring jug.Spoon the yogurt into the jug and gently fold it through the fruit mixture.
Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, insert a paddle pop stick and place in the freezer to set.
Once set, remove from the mould and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
