Jess Dempsey's Maltese Pasta Bake

Ingredients

450gm pasta of choice
A good handful of Liddells Lactose Free Shredded Pizza Blend
A good handful of Liddells Lactose Free Shredded Cheese
1 egg
Bolognese sauce (the way you prefer to make it).

Directions

Boil pasta and strain water out.

Make bolognese sauce and combine it with the boiled pasta, whisked egg, cheese.

Pour into an ovenproof dish and add another layer of cheese to the top.

Put in the oven covered on 180 for approx. 40mins and then take foil off and cook further until golden!
