Jess Dempsey's Summer Breakfast Jar 

Ingredients

A jam jar or large tumbler
Handful of fresh strawberries
4-5 Scoops of Liddells Lactose Free Probiotic Vanilla Bean Yoghurt
Handful of Granola of choice
A couple of blueberries and raspberries to decorate
Mint for fun!

Directions

Step 1

Blend your strawberries until purée and pour into your jar.

Add yoghurt, granola then berries and arrange with a mint feature on top.

Optional, add a drizzle of honey on top!
