Mango & Mint Overnight Oats


¼ cup rolled oats
1 mango cheek, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped nuts, such as almonds, walnuts or cashews
2 tsp chia seeds
¼ tsp grated ginger
½ cup Liddells Lactose Free Milk
1 tablespoon of Liddells Lactose Free Yoghurt



Combine all ingredients apart from the milk and plain yoghurt in a container or jar.

Add Liddells Lactose Free milk and combine ingredients, then add Liddells Lactose Free plain yoghurt on top.

Place lid on and seal the container/jar and leave overnight in your refrigerator.
