Tropical Frozen yoghurt popsicle

Ingredients

1 large mango
1 cup Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt
2 passionfruits, pulp only

Directions

Cut the cheeks of the mango and scoop out the flesh. Place in a blender with the yoghurt and blend until smooth.

Stir through the passionfruit pulp.

Pour mixture into popsicle moulds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
