Ingredients
1 large mango |
1 cup Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt |
2 passionfruits, pulp only |
Directions
Cut the cheeks of the mango and scoop out the flesh. Place in a blender with the yoghurt and blend until smooth.Stir through the passionfruit pulp.
Pour mixture into popsicle moulds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
