Berry Bomb Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 frozen bananas, chopped
1/2 cup rolled Oats
1 cup Liddells Lactose Free 99% Fat Free Low Fat Milk
2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Strawberry Yoghurt
Handful fresh raspberries to garnish

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top with some extra raspberries.

Serve immediately.
