Jess and Chloe's Christmas Cake


2 eggs
1 ½ cups self raising flour
½ cup Liddells Lactose Low Fat Free Milk
½ cup orange juice
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon (more if desired)
½ tsp all spice (more if desired)
¼ cup sugar
Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt
Cherries - de-stoned


Step 1

Simply combine cake ingredients

Once well combined, pour into a greased cake tin, and bake at 180℃ for 20 Minutes or until cooked.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool.
